This
picture was taken in Bolivia, in the cementery of trains in Colchani.
I travel
with my friends in the summer to Peru and Bolivia and we visit a lot of
beautiful places. In that opportunity we were in the tour to visit the Uyuni Salar.
We started in
Potosi and we take a bus to arrive to Uyuni, a little town. We spend one night
in a hostel in Uyuni and in the next morning we left the town in the truck of
the tour. The first stop was in Colchani, the town of salt. In this place we
visit a museum that had statues made only with salt and we bought souvenirs. I bought
a little box made of salt to my grandma and if you taste it, it was salty.
The next
stop was in the cementery of trains. There was two trains completely abandoned
and rusted. We take a lot of pictures in this place, in this picture we climb
to the roof of the train and asked to another Chileans to take pictures of the
whole group.
After that
we made our last stop, in the Uyuni Salar and it was one of the most beautiful
places that I ever seen. It was a little bit flooded and the sky reflected in
the water. It was wonderful.
Great adventure, excellent post! :)
